Sarfraz Manzoor, tutor on Faber Academys's Show and Tell (...and Sell): Writing for Newspapers, Magazines and Online Media course

Sarfraz Manzoor is an author, journalist, screenwriter, broadcaster and playwright whose work over the last thirty years has often been based on and inspired by his life. His memoir Greetings from Bury Park told of his childhood in Luton and the impact of the music of Bruce Springsteen on his life and he adapted his book into the feature film screenplay of Blinded by the Light.

He has written first person features, columns, travel and arts features and authored reportage for the Guardian, The Times and Sunday Times magazine as well as most other leading national newspapers and magazines. He has also taught creative non-fiction at UCL and the Arvon Foundation.
