Nelle Andrew is an agent at RML. She won Literary Agent of the Year in 2021, and was a Bookseller Rising Star in 2016. She is on the board of trustees for the Royal Literary Fund and more recently was made an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.

She represents an array of award winning and nominated authors across a broad range of fiction and nonfiction. What they all have in common is great storytelling across a diverse array of voices and backgrounds that are built on connecting with their readership. She is always looking for authors she can champion and elevate to their fullest potential.
