Caroline Raphael is a former BBC Head of Radio Drama, Commissioning Editor BBC Radio 4 and Editorial Director for Penguin Random House Audio.

Still producing and directing award winning Drama and Scripted Comedy, she taught the Audio Drama module for many years on the MA Dramatic Writing at UAL Central St Martins, is a panel tutor for Audio Drama on the Cambridge University MSt Creative Writing, and works for LAMDA on their Audible sponsored joint Audio new audio writing and directing projects.
